Dermal fillers are injectable substances used to restore volume, smooth out wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. They’re often made from hyaluronic acid, collagen, or other biocompatible materials, and work by adding volume to the skin and underlying tissue while also stimulating your body’s own collagen production over time. And don’t worry, you’ll still look like you — the Opal philosophy is all about keeping it natural.
